I have not had my Subaru very long. When a light indicator came on, I had to research in my manual what the issue was. It was low tire pressure in one of my tires. Not having a tire guage, I pulled into Robinson Tire at 111th and Memorial in Tulsa. The gentleman at the desk told me he would have my tires checked. The young man who checked my tires (did I mention it was raining?) said that all tires were ok but he would check my spare tire as well. It turned out to be the spare tire that was setting off the sensor. He not only filled up the spare tire but explained to me how the sensor system worked. He would not take any money for doing this. We had our car in your Glenpool store this past Saturday for routine maintenance however, there was an unexpected issue with one of the tires (original tires that came with the car). I wanted to write and thank you once again for Gary Taylor's fine service. He provided us with advice and options. He gave us time to consider our choices without rush. And he honored the decision we felt was best for us. We greatly appreciate all his help and guidance. Came in for air conditioning service they provided guidance to just get it filled and if I had a leak the UV in your filler would show the leak. All the filler leaked out they found the leak and took care of me very quickly. I relocated to Tulsa from Virginia in August 2013 and searched for a good multi-purpose store for the needs of my two family vehicles. I have purchased two full sets of tires for both vehicles, new brakes for one vehicle, and various other vehicle needs from your Brookside location. On every occasion I have been impressed by the polite and courteous attitude of your staff and the professional skills of your mechanics. But it is the integrity and honesty of your people that is most impressive. I'm a dummy when it comes to repairing today's vehicles and rely on those more knowledgeable than me. Your staff could possibly have inflated or exaggerated my vehicle needs and costs at times, however, you've always done only what needed to be done...and done it exceptionally well. I wanted to say thanks to your fellows working Friday nite the 25th for going beyond their hours, to help me out. I had a flat fixed earlier in the day, nail in tread/it held, tho sidewall is old...which I knew...and it leaked/slow leak. I came by that location just as they were shutting off lights unaware of closing time, and the mgr. saw my low tire and told me he could put some air in it for me. He sprayed some water on the sidewall, and found the leak. Unrepairable...so we put the 'donut' on it. These fellows went back in and opened up for me, and helped me out when it was already past closing time, and I really, really thank them for it!!! I would have soon had a flat and would have to get out my jack, and put on the donut, if they hadn't done this. I want you to know you have a couple very fine fellows working there, who were glad to help someone in need, even though they had already closed up shop.
